1. स्वीकार्य उपयोग
आप साइट को lawful informational purposes के लिए उपयोग कर सकते हैं। Security bypass, automated abuse, form spam, malicious payloads, service disruption या unauthorized access की कोशिश prohibited है।
2. स्वास्थ्य सामग्री की सीमा
साइट general education देती है; यह doctor-patient relationship नहीं बनाती, diagnosis नहीं करती और individualized treatment prescribe नहीं करती। Emergency symptoms में website content पर निर्भर न रहें।
3. Accuracy और updates
हम content को practical और careful रखने का प्रयास करते हैं, लेकिन health knowledge और law बदल सकते हैं। किसी article की publication/last-updated context देखना और high-stakes निर्णय में qualified professional advice लेना उचित है।
4. Affiliate स्थिति
Business model input affiliate है, पर current build में active affiliate partner, affiliate link, external product offer या external CTA नहीं है। भविष्य में बदलाव होने पर disclosure और policies update की जानी चाहिए।
5. Intellectual property
Site design, original text, layout और branding Saventrix resource के लिए तैयार किए गए हैं, subject to any applicable third-party asset licenses. Downloaded images अपने source-license terms के अधीन रहते हैं; downloader source notes को preserve करना चाहिए।
6. User submissions
Contact form में ऐसा confidential medical record, government ID, payment card data या अनावश्यक sensitive information न भेजें। केवल उतनी जानकारी भेजें जितनी आपके प्रश्न का जवाब देने के लिए जरूरी है।
7. Liability limitation
लागू कानून की सीमा तक site general informational basis पर उपलब्ध है। किसी व्यक्ति के लिए health outcome की guarantee नहीं दी जाती। ऐसी limitation consumer या statutory rights को override नहीं करती जिन्हें कानून द्वारा exclude नहीं किया जा सकता।
8. Availability
Maintenance, hosting failure, security incident या network issue से availability बदल सकती है। Continuous uptime की guarantee नहीं है।
9. Governing context
Site India-focused है और उपलब्ध contact address New Delhi, India में है। कौन-सा specific कानून/venue किसी dispute पर लागू होगा यह actual operator status, transaction context और mandatory law पर निर्भर कर सकता है; company identity न दिए जाने के कारण हम fabricated jurisdiction clause नहीं बनाते।
10. External destinations
Current build में user-facing external website links नहीं हैं। यदि भविष्य में external sources, merchants या partners जोड़े जाते हैं, उनके content, availability और policies Saventrix के control से अलग होंगे और disclosure को actual destination के अनुरूप update करना होगा।
11. Changes to service and terms
Content categories, integrations, form handling या monetization बदल सकते हैं। Material implementation change होने पर Terms, Privacy, Cookies और Affiliate Disclosure को साथ में audit करना चाहिए ताकि legal text code से अलग न हो।
12. Severability and mandatory rights
यदि किसी clause को applicable law के तहत unenforceable माना जाता है तो बाकी clauses यथासंभव प्रभावी रहेंगे। ये Terms ऐसे statutory consumer/data rights को हटाने के लिए नहीं हैं जिन्हें contract द्वारा waive नहीं किया जा सकता।
